Working Hours: 35 Hours per week over 5 days.

Responsibilities
* Manage the current ALONE corporate partnerships
* Reactivate and recruit high value Major Donors, Corporate donors to create a network of high value supporters worth over €1m.
* Research Trust and Foundation opportunities in support of ALONE’s work.
* Create and build strong relationships with high value donors
* Meet and exceed relevant KPIs based on contacts and fundraising goals.
* Regularly review, refine and report on ALONE’s high value funding development strategy to ensure it is delivering to plan, meeting the needs of the organisation and fully optimised.
* Manage a fundraising executive to achieve revenue and contact targets.
* Work with a small fundraising team that is managing income across a network of donors including individual, corporate, legacy and T&F.
* Collaborate with a cross-organisation team in the development and delivery of ALONE@50 – a celebration of ALONE's 50th anniversary.
* Work with Senior Management to help establish a portfolio of projects and programmes requiring funding. Develop suitable targets and applications relating to these projects and programmes to secure funding.
* Innovate, design and roll out new initiatives to optimise potential income towards capital projects and general fundraising.
* Report on all funding within the requirements set out by funding body.
* Build and maintain effective internal relationships (particularly with Finance and Property teams) in support of implementation of strategy.
* Provide monthly updates in line with KPIs and forecasted targets.
* Any other duties within the general requirements of the above that may be assigned.
Essential skills & experience
* A third level qualification at degree level in: business, marketing or an equivalent professional qualification.
* Proven excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships.
* Proven ability to work successfully, effectively within a small, dynamic team.
* You will be a highly motivated, solutions-focused professional with a track record of shaping the narrative of an organisation.
* A self-starter with 3-5 years’ experience at senior level in a relevant role that includes relationship management and sales.
* You will possess exceptional communications and interpersonal skills as well as strong technological capabilities.
* You will be able to work independently, taking a lead on key items of work using your own initiative.
* Commercial acumen and an ability to recognise opportunities are crucial to this role.
* Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise workload and meet KPIs.
