Key Requirements
* Creative and passionate about culinary arts
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-motivated and have positive attitude
* Flexible with hours/ own Transport
* Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organisational skills
* Full working rights in Ireland
Main Duties
* Preparing and presenting quality dishes for the Pippin Tree restaurant.
* To ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion and to the appropriate agreed standard.
* Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations.
* Engage with guest and act upon guest feedback
* Ensuring SOPs are updated and all team members are fully trained
* Provide team training on our standards and customer service
* Working alongside and supporting our Executive Head Chef
* Motivate and create engaging work environment within the department
* To have excellent product knowledge and enjoy sharing it
