The ideal candidate will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for managing a dynamic bar and restaurant environment, catering to weddings, events, and daily customers. This busy establishment is open seven days a week and offers a unique blend of food and beverage services that appeal to both locals and tourists.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency.
* Lead and manage large teams, overseeing various departments within the business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and sales representatives to source high-quality products and ingredients.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and revenue stream development, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
* Foster a flexible work environment, accommodating late nights, afternoons, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Deputy General Management, preferably in a similar fast-paced bar and restaurant setting.
* Proven track record of leadership, management, organization, communication, and time management skills.

Packages Offered:
