What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will play a key part in the smooth running of refurbishment and repair operations, including:
Refurbishing and testing Dell products to return them to the customer process
Supporting failure analysis and repair of production and field fallout issues
Providing real-time feedback on defect and failure trends to help enhance quality processes
Working closely with technical teams onsite at Dell Cork
Maintaining Kanban materials and collecting billing data for repair and testing services
Screening for quality issues and ensuring timely communication of technical or business issues to management
You'll be supported with full training and tools onsite — so you can step into the role confidently.
What You Bring
You're a great fit if you have:
5+ years' experience
in a technical assembly role
Leaving Certificate
(minimum) — technical qualifications are a bonus but not essential
Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment (advantageous)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good presentation, database, and computer skills
Knowledge of customer/regulatory requirements related to manufacturing (advantageous)
