You'll contribute to secure software development, delivery and continuous improvement within the team. Key responsibilities:Contributing to the delivery of code to an appropriate levelAdhering to best practice architecture, design, development, test and deployment principlesDemonstrating good understanding of modern security practices and standardsBuilding close relationships with team members and, if appropriate customers, obtaining feedback and understanding prioritiesEnsuring continued relevancy of technical skills through demonstrable training and researchImplementing technical solutions which meet the stakeholder's needs and deliver tangible benefits to our businessSeeking out and providing regular feedback on performance and deliveryWork arrangements:At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
