About the Role
This key position reports directly to the Director of Global SMB Onboarding Risk Management and is part of our organization's Global Fraud Prevention unit within Global Risk Management (GRM). GRM collaborates with various business units to strike a balance between risk and opportunity while promoting profitable growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including SMB business leaders, Risk Product, Decision Science, Fraud Operations, and Engineering to develop and execute the acquisition risk management roadmap.
* Lead a team of three to establish a center of excellence in European SMB acquisition, creating frameworks for managing different risks and implementing strategies to optimize the trade-off between risk and reward.
* Work collaboratively with multiple teams to execute on a multi-year roadmap developed by you, ensuring buy-in from key stakeholders.
* Develop risk professionals and the team to become top performers in both thought leadership and execution.
* Serve as a strong communicator and educator, demystifying risk management and bringing transparency across the business.
* Be the voice of risk management, providing solutions to complex problems within defined risk parameters.
