In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our commitment to excellence.Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9–5On-Site Work: Due to the sensitive nature of the role, on-site presence is required.What we offer:Salary - €34,000Pension20 days annual leave (pro rata)Retention Bonus paid at the end of the contractKey Responsibilities:· Proficiency with Microsoft Suites: Demonstrate efficient use of Microsoft software to aid in various tasks.· Call Handling: Efficiently manage and respond to incoming calls.· Calendar and Meeting Organization: Coordinate and maintain calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings.· Electronic File Management: Organise, maintain, and manage electronic filing systems.· Computer Literacy: Exhibit strong computer literacy skills for day-to-day tasks.· Report Compilation: Prepare and compile reports as needed. Knowledge of an online fund analytics tool is a plus. Current tool used is Fund Focus.· Mail Management: Handle incoming and outgoing post, ensuring it reaches the right recipients.· Document Scanning: Scan and save documents to appropriate digital files.· Pipeline Management: Assist in managing the new business pipeline.Qualifications & Experience· Leaving Certificate or equivalent required; a third-level qualification in Business, Finance, or Administration is desirable.· Minimum of 1 years' administrative experience, ideally within financial or professional services.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (BIS or similar).· Knowledge of fund analytics tools such as Fund Focus is an advantage.· APA/QFA qualification (or working toward it) preferred.· Competent with CRM Tools: Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
