Supervisor – Fashion Retail Sales
Our client is a thriving Fashion Clothing brand with multiple stores across Ireland, currently hiring a Supervisor for their store located in Whitewater Shopping Centre, Newbridge, Co Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your retail career with a dynamic and expanding brand.
Your Role as Supervisor:
1. Support the management team in the daily operations of the store.
2. Assist in driving sales through effective stock management and exceptional customer service, ensuring weekly targets and KPIs are met.
3. Motivate, lead, and empower the team to enhance performance and create a positive shopping experience.
4. Maintain high visual merchandising standards using business tools provided.
5. Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and acting as a role model for the team.
6. Assist in administrative tasks and uphold the store's operational standards in the absence of senior management.
The Ideal Candidate:
7. Minimum two years' experience in the retail sector, with previous Supervisory or Key Holder experience.
8. Passion for retail and driving store profitability.
9. Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, develop, and mentor a team.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
12. Understanding of Health & Safety and security procedures to ensure employee and customer well-being.
