About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our team in a busy restaurant environment. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
* Mise en place and service in our restaurant's kitchen
* Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years commis chef experience
* Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop own skills
* Full commis experience in a full kitchen
* Experience working on main courses
* Food Hygiene training/experience
