Job Description
The position of Mechanical Project Manager is open for a self-motivated and organized individual with strong management skills. Key responsibilities include controlling all aspects of selected projects from planning to completion, coordinating with design teams to meet client specifications, employing systems to track project progress, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing financial aspects including cost control, budgeting forecasting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* A mechanical background with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* 5+ years experience as Project/Contracts Manager in construction industry with background as mechanical project engineer for 5+ years.
* Experience with MEP engineering contractor or Main Contractor on Life Science,Semi-Conductor/Data Centre projects required.
