Job Role
We are seeking a Production Site Trainer to join our team in the Monaghan region.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, complete with a purpose-built training suite, canteen, and modern offices.
The role is central to the ongoing development of staff and will play a key part in supporting the next phase of growth.
The Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and coordinate training across induction, food safety, manual handling, and other compliance areas.
* Design and implement in-house training programs for SOPs and work instructions.
* Partner with supervisors and managers to assess training needs, track progress, and maintain training records.
* Organise external training (First Aid, Forklift, Reach Truck, etc.) and ensure renewals are kept up to date.
* Prepare for factory audits and ensure training compliance.
* Represent the company at careers events and job fairs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in a training role within a manufacturing or food production environment.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to design engaging training materials and use training systems.
* Excellent organisation, time management, and record-keeping skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Train the Trainer qualification and/or BRC knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
