Overview
The Global Pipeline Programs team, part of the Global GTM, Programs, Planning, and Ops team, seeks a Manager responsible for data analytics & insights, program design & management, and driving executive stakeholder relationships.
The role will collaborate with OU Sales Program Manager (SPM) teams globally and will be based in Europe.
Responsibilities
Conduct weekly and quarterly executive pipeline reporting for program results.
Support executive-level asks to assess and inspect pipeline program impact for defined parameters.
Leverage existing data (dashboards, reports) to conduct deeper analyses, inspecting positive and negative drivers of program performance, and identify trends & drivers of overall results.
Provide performance summaries to regional program teams with recommended focus areas.
Present program results in regular SteerCos and Leadership forums.
Help manage the global SPM NNAOV strategy.
Partner with global Customer Success teams to plan, execute, and track programs impacting customer health and adoption.
Innovate results reporting to utilize AI to automate regular, manual tasks.
Own the global pipeline program results reporting and impact tracking.
Build and define optimal reporting cadences and communication strategies for pipeline inspection.
Prioritize and project manage key standard processes and programs.
Visualize data and insights for senior-level audience.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including Global Strategy team and dashboard owners, to ensure consistent measurement of key business metrics.
Plan, execute, and track programs impacting NNAOV.
Design global SPM guidance around NNAOV.
Qualifications
5+ years of work experience, ideally in Sales Programs or Sales/Product Strategy.
Experience launching and designing repeatable business processes or sales programs aligned to business priorities.
Experience managing new tools, materials, or processes.
Experience conducting data analyses to identify factors that had a positive or negative business impact.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in a sales organization and collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups.
Structured and organized, passionate about quality and ownership of work.
Comfortable thriving in an environment where priorities change rapidly.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find creative solutions to roadblocks.
Capacity to create processes from ambiguity.
Ability to take accountability for a project or program regardless of outcome.
Skill in gaining alignment from senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Salesforce tools.
