About the Role
An established international law firm with a strong presence in Dublin is seeking to hire a Newly-Qualified Solicitor to join its Commercial Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven individual to work within a highly regarded disputes team handling complex, high-value commercial cases across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, professional negligence, and regulatory investigations.
- Assisting in the preparation and management of cases in the Commercial Court, High Court, and other forums.
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal opinions.
- Supporting senior team members with case strategy and business development initiatives.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with relevant case law and legislative changes.
Key Requirements
- Qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland (or due to qualify in 2025).
- Completed at least one rotation or placement in a commercial litigation/disputes team during training.
- Strong academic background and excellent analytical and drafting skills.
- Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated, proactive, and keen to develop a long-term career in commercial litigation.
