Position: Community Access Facilitator
Location: Wicklow Town, Wicklow
Contract: Permanent Part‑time, 30 hours per week
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Support workers are expected to provide person‑centred care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Work on own initiative.
Awareness of Key Worker/Support Worker role and philosophy around support to people with complex needs.
Plan and implement person‑centred plans.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Possess a full, clean driver’s licence (desirable).
Essential qualification: A full QQI Level 5 Health Care Qualification (e.g., health, community, care sector). A genuine passion for providing person‑centred support is key.
