Orange Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Office Manager to lead the administrative and operational activities for our clients commercial function.
Based in Dublin, this key role supports both the Sales and Customer Success teams by creating an environment that fosters performance, collaboration, and continuous growth.
You'll play a crucial role in streamlining internal processes, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting marketing efforts to strengthen brand visibility.
Responsibilities: Act as the operational liaison for the Commercial Director by overseeing the daily coordination of the Sales and Customer Success teams.
Monitor team performance, generate business and customer reports (weekly/monthly), and present actionable insights.
Lead and manage customer onboarding workflows to ensure seamless transitions for new clients.
Support the configuration and optimisation of internal systems (e.g., Azyra) to increase workflow efficiency.
Compile and evaluate sales, margin, and performance data in line with KPIs.
Contribute to sales team development, including training support, appraisals, recruitment, and culture-building.
Organise internal and external events, including trade shows, gifting campaigns, and team initiatives.
Prepare templates, presentations, and operational documentation to improve sales productivity.
Track onboarding progress for new business accounts and ensure key milestones are met.
Manage leave schedules, time-off tracking, and other staff administration duties.
Join client meetings and represent the sales function at leadership team discussions (e.g., T3 forums).
Manage marketing communications across digital platforms, websites, and outbound campaigns.
Help ensure marketing spend aligns with budget expectations and strategic objectives.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within freight, logistics, or transportation.
Proven background in B2B operations with strong commercial acumen.
Confident using CRM systems, Excel, and internal platforms such as Azyra.
Experience managing reports, project deadlines, and multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Demonstrated experience managing or training sales/customer service teams.
Excellent planning and coordination abilities with strong attention to detail.
Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
Comfortable presenting and engaging with stakeholders at all levels-internally and externally.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, email marketing tools, and website platforms.
Previous success in supporting or executing strategic marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
