Job Opportunity:
This is a unique chance for a skilled Culinary Professional to take ownership of a busy food operation, leading production, standards, and menu execution across the site.
* Manage the day-to-day running of the food operation across multiple sites in Dublin City
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to consistently high standards while maintaining strong control of food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation
* Drive kitchen organisation, prep systems, and efficient service in a retail setting, ensuring full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards
* Train, guide, and support team members working within the section, and work closely with senior management to develop menus and new product ideas
* Monitor performance and implement improvements to support sales and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
