We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on solution design, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with standard methodologies.




About the Role




* Assess system performance to help optimize efficiency and reliability while proactively identifying risks and recommending improvements to maintain technical health.

* Provide strategic insights into application lifecycle management, enabling customers to plan, develop, and evolve their Salesforce implementations effectively.

* Collaborate closely with various teams across Customer Success and the Product organization to drive long-term solutions for customers.





Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:




1. You will have a deep understanding of Industry Clouds including Health & Life Sciences Clouds;
