The Role
We are seeking a sales-driven and customer-focused leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Sales and Assistants to maximize sales and exceed customer service expectations.
Key Accountabilities
* Sales Performance:

* People Development:
o Support the Store Manager in managing daily team operations.
o Oversee key people processes, including attendance management and performance reviews.

o Ensure all training, quality, environmental, and safety standards are met.
