Position: Driver / Technical Installer - 4 days on 4 days off (8am - 8pm)Job Summary:The Driver / Technical Installer is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to designated locations (healthcare facilities and settings) and installing or delivering products according to company specifications. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various installation tasks.**Responsibilities:**1. **Transportation:**Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to specified destinations.Adhere to traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.2. **Installation:**Install products or equipment at customer locations according to provided instructions.Ensure proper setup, functionality, and completion of installations.3. **Customer Interaction:**Provide excellent customer service during product delivery and installation.Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.4. **Vehicle Maintenance:**Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.Report any issues or necessary repairs promptly.5. **Documentation:**Complete accurate delivery and installation documentation, including obtaining customer signatures when required.6. **Product Knowledge:**Develop a solid understanding of the products being transported and installed.Provide basic product usage guidance to customers.7. **Safety Compliance:**Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during transportation and installation activities.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.**Qualifications:**Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Previous experience in driving and installation preferred.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to follow instructions and work independently.Basic knowledge of tools and equipment related to installation tasks.Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items.**Working Conditions:**The role involves a combination of driving and on-site installations. It may require occasional lifting, bending, and use of basic tools.
