Overview Of The Post
The Maintenance Administrator will be expected to fit into the existing team within maintenance and engage with them at all levels requested. This is a part-time permanent role of 20 hours a week based onsite in Hollyhill, Co. Cork.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling and co-ordinating vendors
* Obtaining and documenting contractor maintenance reports and uploading to clients reporting platform
* Uploading safety documents to clients Safe permit platform
* Supporting HR regarding time sheets and employee safety documents
* Client Coordination.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance schedules, system inspections, and any required repairs.
* Documentation and Compliance.
* Team Supervision and Training.
* Emergency Response and Support.
* System Upgrades.
* Customer satisfaction
Requirements & Skills:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of progress applications & Invoicing.
* Understanding of client needs & requirements.
* Work as part of a team to ensure the requirements of the client are delivered.
* Good financial & numerical skills.
* Competent skills in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel.
* SAP experience advantageous.
