Site Operations Coordinator - Civil Engineering
We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Coordinator to join our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of civil engineering projects from start to finish. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for implementing best practices in health and safety, quality assurance, and project management.
About the Role:
• Implement and manage safe construction practices, promoting a culture of safety across the project team.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential risks, ensuring compliance with safety policies and standards.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to coordinate material and equipment requisitions, resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working on civil engineering projects, with expertise in groundworks and modern surveying techniques. They will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of current civil engineering practices, health and safety standards, and environmental legislation.
