Barden is delighted to assist a leading hospitality business, based in the heart of City Centre, to help identify a Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join their supportive and close-knit finance team.
This opportunity will offer someone to have a hands-on approach in a busy and fast-paced environment with responsibility for delivering payroll across the business.
ABOUT
THE ROLE
* Process the weekly end-to-end payroll;
* Responding to payroll queries from employees in a timely matter;
* Ensuring payroll returns are completed accurately and on a timely basis before submission to Revenue;
* Process starters/leavers;
* Assist finance with relevant payroll reporting;
* Providing assistance to the accounts payable function and following up on supplier queries;
* Preparation of bank reconciliations;
* Ensure that all payroll records are filed correctly;
* Assisting the Financial Controller with ad-hoc duties that arise.
ABOUT THE PERSON
* 3 years' payroll experience desirable;
* Strong Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables/VLOOKUP's);
* Ability to work on own initiative with strong attention to detail
* A high level of accuracy;
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
