Commissioning Agent
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Agent to join our Sustainability Consultancy Team. This role involves overseeing the commissioning process for HVAC, Electrical and Building Envelope systems with a focus on LEED Certification.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review Owner Project Requirements (OPR's) and Basis of Design (BOD) documents to ensure they meet intended requirements
2. PREPARE FUNCTIONAL PERFORMANCE TEST PROCEDURE REVIEW TAB PROCESS FINALIZE TAB REPORTS PREPARE FINAL REPORT SYSTEM MANUAL TO PROVIDE A PROJECT SUMMARY OWNER SUPPORT THE GROWTH OF OUR TEAM ASSIST WITH PROPOSAL PREPARATION FOR NEW & EXISTING CLIENTs FIELD VISITS TO OBSERVE INSTALLATION OF COMMISION SCHEDULED WORK PERFORM ON BUDGET OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE LEAD/SUPPORT COMMISONING INCLUDING SUPPORT BREEAM CERTIFICATION DEVICES RELATED NZEB LOW NET ZERO CARBON ENERGY BUILDINGS SIMULATION BASED TECHNICAL ASPECT NB WELL AP](en),
