Skills & Responsibilities
* CCNA/CCNP or PCNSE certification
* 3 + years' experience supporting network technologies at a senior level
* Support/configure network devices & tech: firewalls, switches, load balancers, VPNs...
* Palo Alto, Juniper, FortiGate, Forti-manager...
* Enterprise Networking / Data Centre Environments
* Network audits
* Experience working in ITIL environment
* Support, configure, install network security devices
* Maintain and improve documentation of customers' network environments
* Level 3 support
* Work within change management policies
* Implement security tools & policies
* Co-ordinate with IT teams & vendors to resolution
