Overview
Enterprise Scheduling Coordinator - Limerick at ManpowerGroup Ireland. This role involves scheduling coordination for on-site services at a pharmaceutical site, managing service plans, and ensuring timely delivery of maintenance and repair activities.
Responsibilities
* Service coordination: organize service visits in line with the site schedule and manage associated standards, parts, and IT requests
* Vendor hosting: act as the dedicated point of contact for on-site services, manage permits and support service engineers during visits
* Customer POC: be the first point of contact for scheduling or operational queries
* Daily administration: raise purchase orders, process quotations, reconcile costs, track out-of-scope costs, and report to the account manager
* Attend operational calls and customer meetings; manage a high volume of emails
* Customer asset management: maintain accurate inventories and manage additions, removals, and changes to instruments
* Monitor performance metrics to ensure maintenance and repair requests are completed within agreed timelines with minimal disruption
* Use scheduling applications such as SAP CRM System and Smartsheet
* Assist with vendor inductions and ensure risk assessments and documentation are prepared in advance of services
* Minimize instrument downtime by managing repair requests and proactive schedule adherence
* Manage shipment and tracking of off-site instruments; data management of inventory, service metrics, and costs
* Collate vendor service reports and upload to customer CMMS; close associated work orders

* Third-level qualification; science background advantageous

* Strong communication skills; effective collaboration with team members, customers, and stakeholders
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision
* Experience with planning/administrative tools (SAP, Smartsheet) preferred
* Fluency in English (verbal and written); willingness to participate in ongoing training
