Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Participate in site setting out and surveying.
Collaborate with the site management team to monitor project progress and address any technical challenges.
Supervise subcontractors' work, ensuring high standards of quality control and timely completion.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and progress updates.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to ensure the efficient execution of the project.
Essential Requirements
A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
Strong understanding of site safety regulations and practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise across various teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
