Do you want to work for an organisation renowned for its evidence-based therapeutic model, achieving life-changing outcomes, even for participants with significant forensic histories?This is your chance to:Grow your expertise with a clear development framework and experienced leadership.Work in a team that values quality, achievable KPIs, and time spent with participants.Be part of a collaborative, welcoming environment that prioritises best practice and innovation.What You'll DoDesign and deliver individualised and group interventions for people with complex needs, including mental health.Develop and implement evidence-based PBS plans, positive programming, and support strategies across multiple settings.Analyse behavioural data and produce functional behaviour analysis reports.Guide and support implementing providers to ensure best practice service delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to promote least restrictive practices in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.Drive innovation through program development, evaluation, and consumer engagement.Maintain formal registration as a PBS Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.What We're Looking ForBehaviour Support Practitioner Registration at a minimum of Core level under the NDIS Capability Framework.Proven experience in developing and implementing PBS plans and functional behaviour analysis.Strong background supporting people with complex needs; forensic experience highly valued.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—able to build trust and foster relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.A commitment to person-centred practice, ensuring supports are inclusive, accessible, and tailored.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Disability & Developmental Education, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Health Science, Psychology, or similar.Experience supporting people with disabilities and/or mental health needs.Current Driver's Licence and DCSI Clearance.Confidence with technology and Microsoft Office Suite.Why Join CLO?We believe in giving back to the people who make our mission possible.
