Job Title: HR Business Partner
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the smooth execution of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer letters. Ensure seamless onboarding and induction for new hires.
* Employee Engagement: Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures. Foster positive relationships with employees to resolve conflicts and grievances.
* HR Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files. Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts, and documentation to support business decisions.
* Performance Management: Assist in implementing and administering the performance review process. Support managers in addressing performance-related issues to drive employee growth and development.
* Policies and Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local employment laws and regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders to update HR policies and procedures as required.
* Learning and Development: Coordinate training sessions and monitor participation to promote employee growth and development.
* Other Duties: Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support business objectives and enhance company culture.
