What You'll Be Doing
Lead a High-Performing Team
Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Executives across SMB and Mid-Market segments
Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Support onboarding, performance management, and career development
Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal coaching, and performance sessions
Drive Revenue & Commercial Success
Own team sales targets, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and productivity metrics
Ensure consistent execution across inbound and outbound sales activities
Support complex opportunities and help sellers navigate negotiations and objections
Drive adoption of best-practice sales methodologies and processes
Deliver Operational Excellence
Maintain strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy
Monitor sales quality, customer engagement, and activity performance
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Promote data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics
What We're Looking For
4+ years' experience in sales, business development, digital advertising, SaaS, technology, or related sectors
Previous experience leading, coaching, or managing sales teams
Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving team performance
Experience working in KPI-driven, high-growth environments
Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
