Job Title: Associate Manager
We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the daily operations of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, developing strong business relationships, and driving continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage MES system installation and ensure alignment with site policies and processes.
* Collaborate with functional groups across the site to establish priorities for MES operations.
* Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Commercial Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Material Management groups.
* Evaluate company documentation to assess MES impact on manufacturing operations.
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Life Sciences. ,
