Role Overview
Keelings is hiring an experienced Administrator, on a part time basis hours per week), to support our Recruitment team. You will be responsible for the administration and co-ordination elements of the recruitment process, completing administration tasks in timely manner whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. The Recruitment Administrator will also support the Head of Recruitment with preparation of reports and ad hoc projects as required.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Support the recruitment team with administration and co-ordination of the recruitment process including job advertising, interview scheduling, uploading interview notes to ATS and reference checking
Inputting required data for new starters to HR system and providing reports on new starter information to the business as required
Manage, track and communicate with internal applications for Operations roles and prepare weekly progress report
Utilising the ATS (recruitment system) to ensure all recruitment information and records are maintained and tracked accordingly
Manage the Recruitment email inbox and/or any in person queries at Recruitment office and respond to queries in a timely manner
Organise and attend careers fairs and events as appropriate
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and information throughout the hiring process
Support the Head of Recruitment, and other members of the Recruitment team, as required on recruitment and talent related projects and initiatives
Essential
Key Skills & Knowledge
Minimum 2 years' recent experience in an Administrator role in a fast paced, commercial business
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to work on own initiative
Previous experience of handling confidential information
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Excellent IT skills including word, PowerPoint and excel combined with previous experience of using a cloud based CRM/ERP/ATS
