Job Summary
Join Zurich as a Corporate Investment Consultant, reporting to the Head of Investment Solutions. Based in Blackrock, Co. Dublin, the team manages over €40 billion of assets within Zurich Life Assurance plc, focusing on investment management for policyholders.
This role offers the opportunity to work with Ireland’s successful investment & fund provider and collaborate with top-tier Defined Contribution pension schemes. You will engage with various business channels and Zurich’s distribution partners, with regular interaction with the investment management team. The role includes internal training, mentoring, and educational support.
It can be part-time or full-time, depending on your availability. Please discuss your flexibility during the interview. The position is a “Controlled Function (CF)” under the Central Bank Reform Act, 2010.
Your Role
The responsibilities include:
1. Assist in producing high-quality investment materials and reports.
2. Support Zurich’s Customer Relationship Management and Distribution teams across various activities, including RFPs, thought leadership, events, and meetings.
3. Build and maintain relationships with corporate Defined Contribution employers, trustees, and consultants.
4. Conduct market research on Irish and international DC markets.
5. Share Zurich’s views on asset allocation and macroeconomic trends.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and compliance standards.
Your Skills and Experience
The requirements include:
* Over three years of experience in a similar role or with relevant skills.
* Proven client relationship management skills with an investment focus.
* Strong academic background and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Professional credentials such as CFA, AIIPM, CFP, etc.
* Ability to work independently and stay updated on market developments.
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills.
* Quantitative skills and comfort with investment metrics and data.
* Ability to summarize and present investment topics clearly.
* A genuine interest in investments.

The primary work location is Blackrock, Dublin.
