About The Role
As a CBRE Contract Support Sr. Coordinator, you will provide advanced customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account.
This role is part of the Contract Quality Management function, responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
What You’ll Do
1. Respond to escalated client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
2. Understand the scope of the contract and ensure all work is carried out accordingly.
3. Assist with efforts to implement cost-saving opportunities to maximize customer and financial savings.
4. Create work orders, assign them to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, and generate reports on work order status.
5. Review vendor files, check the accuracy of paperwork, and train partners on work orders and billing procedures.
6. Process invoices with accurate cost center coding.
7. Respond to inquiries regarding financial reports, accounts receivable, payable, and open POs.
8. Assist in preparing and delivering monthly Contract and Business Unit reviews.
9. Participate in on-site inspections, log hazards, and customer feedback.
10. Identify and help implement savings opportunities to meet financial targets.
11. Resolve typical and atypical problems in the work area independently.
12. Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
13. Contribute to team impact through the quality of services and information provided.
14. Follow standardized procedures with regular supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need
1. High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
2. Understanding of work routines, standards, and application of skills in processes, procedures, and systems.
3. Intermediate problem-solving skills with the ability to review and select solutions independently.
4. Ability to communicate detailed information clearly within the team.
5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Strong organizational skills and a curious mindset.
7. Basic math skills, including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.
