Job Title: Production Leadership Role
At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to lead our production team in achieving exceptional quality, service, and cost targets. As an integral part of our operations leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our manufacturing facility.
* Lead a dynamic production team to drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, service, and costs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective communication strategies, ensuring that quality standards and expectations are clearly communicated and deployed throughout the organization.
* Develop and implement quality objectives, including rework, scrap reduction, line clearance, and QA audits, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and 2+ years of supervisory experience. A degree or master's in Business, Production Management, Engineering, or a similar field is required. Key skills include excellent knowledge of GMP/FDA regulatory requirements, housekeeping, health and safety, and a genuine interest in investing in people and facilitating individual and team engagement and development.
