Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Description
Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and 5-10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of surveyors to manage all projects
* Coordinate estimating and tendering functions to secure new works and grow the company's turnover
* Ensure close monitoring of all commercial aspects of projects and adequate recovery of variations
* Monitor and administer construction contracts and highlight any risks to the company
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with project stakeholders
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying
* 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role
* Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Strong knowledge of building detail and construction technology
