Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site office, including administrative duties, document control, and liaison with procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the site office
* Conduct document control, including creating packages and collating documents for the site team and subcontractors
* Liaise with the Procurement department
* Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners
Requirements
* Third-level qualification in a technical discipline
* Relevant experience in civil engineering or construction
* Full understanding of building regulations and sequence of works
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
