About the job
As a Print & Multimedia Designer, you will craft visually compelling assets for print, events, campaigns, and multimedia content. Collaborating with marketing, business development, and external partners, you will ensure brand-aligned, high-quality design content that enhances our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create precise print materials and event graphics supporting Tether’s global initiatives.
2. Design and refine visual content for landing pages, social media, campaigns, and videos.
3. Develop innovative design concepts for fintech and communication tech units.
4. Customize content for various channels to boost engagement.
5. Share ideas and insights to contribute to marketing success.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years proven experience in graphic design, especially for print and events.
* Expertise in creating high-quality print materials.
* Proficiency with AI graphic tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Pika Labs.
* A modern portfolio showcasing event and multimedia projects.
* Deep knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
* Fluent in English; Spanish or Italian is a bonus.
* Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Suite (After Effects a plus).
* Strong branding understanding and adherence to guidelines.
* Self-motivated with a proactive, innovative mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Team-oriented with a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
