Ergo is seeking aSenior MS Teams Engineerfor a contract opportunity in Dublin. The successful candidate will ensure reliable performance across a small Unified Comms (UC) function which includes voice, video, and conferencing services.You will lead the UCC (Unified Communications & Collaboration) function and a small team supporting VIP conference calls in a predominantly MS Teams environment with aretiring legacy Cisco system.This is ahybridrole with potential to extend.What will you do?Oversee and manage Unified Communications operations with a primary focus on Microsoft Teams.Manage incident escalation, root-cause analysis, and service recovery activities.Lead and coordinate a small UCC support function.Provide structured reporting on service performance, issues, and improvements.Ensure all users and services are fully transitioned and stable within the Teams environment.Work with technical teams and vendors to ensure configuration accuracy and seamless cutovers.What do you need?Strong expertise with Microsoft Teams (voice, conferencing, room systems, call queues, policy configuration, administration).Proven experience managing or leading UCC or collaboration operations.Strong stakeholder-management skills in enterprise environments.Familiarity with Cisco UCC (CUCM, voice gateways, telephony) for short-term transition support.Comfortable with early-morning availability for high-profile meetings when needed.Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
