We are looking to hire an Account Manager to join our team. This person will be working closely with our Head of Sales to continue our growth. A key part of the role will also be to manage all of our existing partnerships with schools and sports clubs.What You Will Be DoingBuild and maintain strong relationships with our partner schools, parents and studentsIdentify opportunities to expand Grinds360's presence and user baseEnsure we maintain our excellent communication and service as we scale upAssisting with customer queries by phone and emailOverseeing smooth onboarding of new customersRelated duties as assigned by Sales ManagerQualificationsSales background is preferableStrong relationship management, customer focus, and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated ability in client onboarding, account growth, and retentionExperience in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and delivering tailored solutionsA good knowledge of the secondary education landscape in Ireland is preferableWorking Hours:Flexible hours in line with business needs.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
