Clinical Nurse Manager Theatre Scrub Role
This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career as a Clinical Nurse Manager in the Theatre Department.
* Registration on the general division of the register of nurses is required.
* A minimum of five years post-registration experience with at least two years nursing experience in Scrub is necessary.
* Strong Theatre experience is essential.
* Proven clinical and professional ability is crucial.
* Management experience, although beneficial, is not essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership and management skills, good IT skills, a quality focus, risk management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
