Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure alignment with customer requirements as directed by the New Business Development/Sales Director.
2. Collaborate to send quotations in accordance with the specified format and process, under the guidance of the New Business Development/Sales Director.
3. Enter sales orders into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, adhering to established processes for all customers.
4. Develop dispatch plans and coordinate with the supply chain to initiate shipments, utilizing a standardized format.
5. Foster communication with Technical Services by submitting technical trackers for samples, documentation, and any related queries or complaints.
6. Maintain regular payment follow-ups and debtor collections, including C forms and other necessary legal documents for all customers.
7. Monitor and update overdue or problematic payments, as well as C forms, for all customers on a consistent basis.
8. Perform daily maintenance of the tracker, adhering to a predefined format.
9. Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure accurate paperwork for all shipments, rejections, or transportation-related inquiries.
10. Secure approval from the Sales Director prior to processing credit/debit notes, which will then be forwarded to the accounts department.
11. Communicate any pressing issues or concerns that require top management intervention to the Sales Director promptly.
12. Address specific customer requirements and report urgent matters to the Sales Director for clearance or clarification.
13. Maintain master lists of product-wise quantities for existing customers and their respective customer profiles, formatted accordingly.
14. Compile monthly review reports on sales performance and projections, while also maintaining year-wise and product-wise sales records.
15. Schedule appointments with existing customers during exhibition visits or outreach efforts.
Essential Skills
Key Competencies: Written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Education Background
Preferrable MBA or equivalent qualifications such as BSC Chemistry/B Pharm with relevant sales experience. Medical representatives are also eligible to apply.
