Job Summary
As an Executive Director of Operations, you will lead the optimization of operational activities across multiple sites in Ireland and the US, with a view to expanding into other international regions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage global operational strategies to support business growth and efficiency.
* Responsible for managing international supply chains, logistics, vendor management, and distribution channels worldwide.
* Standardise and streamline operational processes across international plants, ensuring consistency and cost-effectiveness.
* Develop, monitor, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvements (OTD, MTF, Cost) across various plants.
* Ensure compliance with international trade laws, local regulations, and corporate governance standards.
* Lead, manage, and develop diverse teams across multiple timezones and cultures.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (Masters degree a advantage).
* At least 5 years' experience in operations management, with significant international exposure.
* Proven track record in managing global supply chains, logistics, and multi-country operations.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-cultural teams.
