Primary duties of the role include overseeing exercise programming and liaising with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of programme delivery whilst prioritising member outcomes and experience.The Lead Personal Trainer will collaborate closely with a team of allied health and performance professionals (which will include a Strength & Conditioning Coach, Physiotherapist, and Exercise Physiologist) to interpret testing data and develop tailored training programs for members.
