We are a leading Import & Distribution company specialising in the sale of food ingredients imported from all over the globe, servicing a broad spectrum of manufacturers throughout Ireland. Our customer base includes food manufacturers from small artisan to large sized enterprises and also to the Pharmaceutical sector. We are based in Dublin 12 and are fully certified in accordance with the highest international standards.
Job Responsibilities:
If you have an interest in a rapidly growing workplace and enjoy working in a small team supporting the senior management then this is the perfect role for you.
The job would require the ideal candidate to gain a full understanding of the company's products and services. You would be working closely with the purchasing and sales team as we experience rapid growth. You would have daily interaction with customers and suppliers.
The position is new therefore available for the successful candidate to take on the role immediately. Total working week: hours paid.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a Professional and motivated individual who has worked in a similar environment and wants to demonstrate their personal key strengths within a friendly and professional team. You will need to demonstrate that you can work independently and be able to work to deadlines. You will also need to be confident, committed, have exceptional interpersonal skills and be a good communicator. The successful candidate will have some/all of the following characteristics:
 * Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in administration or similar role
 * Fluent English speaker.
 * Strong organisation skills and highly detailed orientated
 * Interest in data, computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage
