This is a pivotal role managingcomplex, high-risk workplace investigationsacross EMEA, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance while influencing senior leaders on people decisions.The RoleYou'll be responsible for:Leading end-to-end investigations on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy breaches.Conducting fair, objective interviews and preparing detailed investigation summaries.Advising senior leaders and HR partners on findings and recommended actions.Partnering with Legal and HR to balance business needs with compliance.Identifying systemic issues and shaping proactive solutions, training, and leadership modules.What We're Looking For10+ years' HR experience, with 5+ years focused on complex Employee Relations and investigations.Deep knowledge of employment law and best practices in investigations.Strong analytical, judgement, and influencing skills.Experience coaching leaders and resolving sensitive ER issues.Global exposure preferred; advanced qualifications (MBA/MA/JD) advantageous.The OfferInitial 6-month contract with strong potential to extend .Hybrid model - 50% office / 50% home .Dublin city centre location .Opportunity to work with a global leader shaping world-class employee experience.If you are a seasoned ER professional with a passion for workplace fairness and investigations, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, international environment.Apply now to learn more.
