Office Administrator - North Cork (Full-Time)
Salary: €34,000 per annum
Bluebird Care North Cork is currently recruiting an organised and proactive Office Administrator to manage all aspects of administration within our local office. This is a key role supporting our care team, clients, and recruitment activity.
Salary and Benefits:
* Full-time: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the office, ensuring smooth operations and strong communication with staff, clients, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing emails and phone calls
* Maintaining and auditing staff files
* Working closely with our recruitment partner on:
* Recruitment processes
* Interviews
* File management
* Garda Vetting
* Building and maintaining relationships with HSE and disability services
* Regular check-ins with staff and clients
* Supporting compliance and general office administration
Requirements
* Business Administration qualification (or similar)
* 6+ months experience in an office-based role, experience in the healthcare sector desired but not essential
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Able to manage a busy office environment
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
