About the Role
We are looking for customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. As a Service Advisor, you will be part of a team that provides outstanding customer service and ensures that our customers' expectations are met.
Your role will be to provide excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. You will take customer bookings, schedule services and repairs, communicate with vehicle technicians, handle customer complaints, and provide advice and guidance on vehicle care and warranty retention.
You will also have the opportunity to work with various teams within the organization, including sales and technical staff, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Taking customer bookings and scheduling services and repairs
* Communicating with vehicle technicians and providing updates to customers
* Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing advice and guidance on vehicle care and warranty retention
* Sales/advice for accessories and modifications
* Collating information for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
* Maintaining an organized stock room and finding parts from stock
* Liaising with other members of staff to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services

Schedule and Requirements
The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday, with weekend availability. A full driving license is preferred but not essential.
