Project Director
The project director will be responsible for leading construction projects from concept to commissioning. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
1. Manage and oversee project development, ensuring that all aspects of the project are progressing as planned.
2. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify project requirements and deliverables.
3. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
4. Ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in data centre or mission-critical construction projects.
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
