Hotel Operations Director Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
This is a full-time position involving leadership and management of multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of food & beverage, sales/events, and hotel systems.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate departmental managers and staff, supporting training and development.
* Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to drive sales initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and company standards.
* Deliver exceptional guest experience at all times.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years' experience in a similar role within a busy 3*/4* hotel environment.
* Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
* Excellent people management and operational target achievement.
