Leadership Position in Rooms Division
This senior leadership role is accountable for the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Front Office, Accommodation, and Maintenance departments.
* Provide overarching vision and daily operational oversight for the Rooms Division
* Lead and inspire teams in the Front Office, Accommodation, and Maintenance with a customer-centric approach
* Monitor and manage guest satisfaction metrics to ensure exceptional experiences
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the Rooms Division of a luxury hotel.
The Director of Rooms Division will champion operational efficiency, service innovation, and cross-departmental collaboration, aligning every element of the Rooms Division with elevated standards of luxury hospitality.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing departmental budgets and forecasts to drive business growth
* Leading and participating in executive-level meetings to drive decision-making
* Collaborating closely with Sales, Food and Beverage, Spa, Events, and Reservations to deliver seamless guest experiences
The Director of Rooms Division will serve as an ambassador for the hotel's brand and reputation, both internally and externally.
